不要懼怕壓力                        
Do not be fearful of pressure
它可以是推力的化身                    
It can be motivation in disguise
對你的慣性產生催迫和位移            
Urging you to move out of your norm 
保護你出離安逸和僵化的生命狀態        
Preventing you from complacency and stagnation
塑造了具有强大適應與回應能力的你    
Equipping you with great ability to adapt and respond
所以                                
So
只管穩住                            
Just stand firm
火炮就變成了向你致敬的禮炮            
Canons become canons of salutation
浪頭就變成了向你答禮的浪花            
Waves become waves of appreciation
即或不然                            
Even if not so
那壓力來得無情甚至滿懷惡意            
The pressure is relentless and meaning harm
對你出手掃蕩和否定一切                
Relegating and destroying you
幾致你全然傾跌和滅頂                
Until you have totally fallen and drowned
你竟在遍體傷痕中含笑順勢而起        
You rise up with a smile amidst all your hurts
一個蛻變更新的靈魂和生命仰天立地    
A transformed and renewed being standing tall
至終                                
In the end
那毁滅性的壓力也為之錯愕             
Stunning that destructive pressure
為之失能                            
Rendering it incapable
為之手足無措                        
At a loss
為之黯然無語                        
Speechless
